The City of Rittman Council consumer fireworks legislation was adopted on May 9, 2022. More recently,, the State of Ohio reduced the hours fireworks can legally discharge consumer grade fireworks. Please read the attached FAQ's to educate yourself on the discharge of fireworks and NEW timeframe allowed. Consumers must follow state law regarding July 3.4th and 5th, as they are the ONLY dates covered by Rittman's legislation.
