1. Ord. No. 7438 An Ordinance of the Council of the City of Rittman,
Wayne
and Medina Counties, Ohio, Vacating a Portion of First Street and
Declaring an Emergency. Second Reading.
Ord. No. 7438 was read
on second reading. It was noted, there was a slight change in the
language regarding the easement in section two. Boggs advised there
was some concern about a waterline being directly underneath the
location of the bleachers and the waterline would be just behind
the bleachers. Boggs advised he discussed it with Utilities Director
Metcalf who didn’t feel this would be a problem and he (Metcalf)
was considering installing a shut off valve at the corner. Russell
moved to place on third as amended, all Yeas on roll call and motion
carried.
Motion to Adjourn - 8:35 p.m.
Telford so moved, all Yeas on roll call and motion carried.
