a.                   Motion To Go Into Executive Session to Discuss a Personnel Matter – 7:01

p.m. Johnson so moved, all Yeas on roll call and motion carried.

b.                  Motion To Come Out of Executive Session – 8:14p.m.

Johnson so moved, all Yeas on roll call and motion carried.

c.                   Motion to Set a Special Meeting on Monday, August 17, 2009 at 7:00 pm for

the Purpose of Interviewing Candidates for the Finance Directors Position with an Executive Session It was noted, Council President Lapehn would contact those who would be granted an interview for this meeting. Lapehn so moved, all Yeas on roll call and motion carried.
