Welcome to the City of Rittman! We provide water, sewer and trash utilities to our customers.

Contact the City of Rittman Utilities Department prior to moving to sign up for service.

Information needed:

• Full name to be billed on the account

• Name of other adults occupying the residence

• New service address (including apartment number if applicable)

• Service start date

• $150.00 deposit for tenants

• Owner name if a tenant

• Coordinate turn on date/ time if the water is off

When you move out, remember to advise all your existing utility companies to terminate service at your present address.
