Payments are due the 10th of every month, unless the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday.

All payments are processed within 24 hours.

The following forms of payment are accepted:

• Check

• Money Order

• Cash

• Card- A fee applies. 2.95% of the dollar amount with a minimum fee of $1.95.

Payments may be made through the mail, in person, drop box, autopayment, online or through a toll free telephone number.

ACH AUTOPAYMENT Never be late with a payment! Sign up for ACH AUTOPAYMENT. The monthly bill amount comes directly out of your bank account automatically each month. This is the EASIEST and CHEAPEST way to pay. Over 600 people are already taking advantage of this FREE service. You receive a paper bill as normal so that you know how much will be deducted from your account on the due date. Your paper invoice will indicate DIRECT WITHDRAW - DO NOT PAY. Payment will be applied on the due date. Just fill out the ACH Authorization Form , sign, and return the form to get started. You can drop it off in person at our office (49 W. Ohio Ave.), mail it in, or email it to utilities@rittman.com.

ONLINE BILL PAYMENT Register with our third party service, Nexbillpay, to make online payments. You need your utilities account number to register. A card or checking account number may be used as payment. There is a 2.95% fee anytime a credit/debit card (with a minimum of $1.95 fee) and a check fee of a $1.50 using the Nexbillpay service.

Quickpay may also be selected on the Nexbillpay website instead of registering. You must enter the last name on the account and the utilities account number to proceed.
